Digital conciliation committee

Until 7 April 2023, conciliation committee proceedings could also be conducted digitally due to exemptions granted in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. In addition to digital works council meetings, this also included the actual conciliation committee proceedings. However, this exemption has been suspended again, even though the digital conciliation committee was very well received and not only made the proceedings more efficient but also reduced waiting times for the parties involved.
