Office Manager / Teamassistenz (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities will include:

You will strengthen our office management team and take on administrative and organizational tasks:

  • Receiving customer inquiries by phone and processing them independently according to process specifications.
  • Corresponding with customers and partners, coordinating appointments.
  • Managing contacts, maintaining virtual files.
  • Preparing quotations and invoicing projects.
  • Checking and processing invoices.
  • Preparing and following up on training courses, network meetings, and events.

You should have:

  • Do you have a commercial degree (e.g., as an office clerk, event manager, or tourism clerk (m/f/d)) or a comparable qualification? Or do you have experience in customer service?
  • Are you used to working independently?
  • Do you approach problems in a structured and solution-oriented manner?
  • Do you have strong communication skills, empathy, and a friendly and confident manner?
  • Do you have very good written and spoken German skills?
