What is Campus Working World?

CampusArbeitswelt is an innovative education and consulting provider specializing in the world of work. We use both traditional and innovative, action-oriented, AI-supported learning formats to provide works councils, other co-determination bodies, and employers with the knowledge they need to find effective solutions.

We support our customers in conflict management and provide guidance in finding the right conflict resolvers and service providers with the help of our AI-supported platform “Arbeitsweltportal” (Working World Portal).

For example, employers, employee representatives, and employees can combine free initial consultation, training, legal advice, technical advice, and conciliation services in one place.

    Our action-oriented seminars also include a 360-degree service, including AI-supported referral to service providers in the world of work.     What is the Working World Academy?

    In order to make the “round table” with all parties involved a success, special knowledge, proven experience, and ongoing exchange of experience are necessary on the part of the conciliation committee chairpersons we provide.

    Our Working World Academy connects conciliation committee chairpersons with each other and, in cooperation with experienced conciliation committee chairpersons from across Germany, imparts the necessary knowledge and practical experience.
