What is tandem training?

Tandem training is joint in-house training between the employer environment (employer, HR, managers) and employee representatives (e.g., works council, employee representatives) on a wide range of topics.

What is the goal of tandem training?

In tandem training, both parties are brought to the same level of knowledge. Through open exchange, solutions are found together rather than against each other. The entire company benefits from this “hand in hand” mentality. Employees feel this positive cooperation and benefit from it at all levels. Neutral moderation helps to balance out any tensions and promotes understanding on both sides.
