Who is this one year course for?

What content is covered?
You gain complete basic knowledge of German labor law I–IV and works constitution law I–IV, along with methodological competence, works council management, and communication and conflict resolution – reinforced with practical exercises in your learning and network group.
How is the course structured?
The one year course combines practice-orientated training, exercises in your learning and network group and blended-learning elements to deepen and practice what you learn. You apply each topic directly in your daily works council practice, and the hotline is there for questions about putting it into action.
Do I need prior knowledge to take part?
No. The course is built so that both beginners without deep prior knowledge and experienced members benefit. It starts with the fundamentals and builds up from there.
