A multi-year, systematically structured competency path for individual works council members – tailored to their role, experience, level of knowledge, and term of office.
The personal learning path is individually tailored and enables structured, practical knowledge building. In particular, the following topics are covered:
- Fundamentals of works constitution law and labor law
- Co-determination rights and participation procedures
- Legally compliant decision-making
- Role-based in-depth training (e.g., chairmanship, committee work, economic committee)
- as well as other individually selectable topics according to personal interests and company requirements
The aim is to build up sustainable skills that create security, structure, and effectiveness in works council work.
