CampusArbeitswelt establishes the first business ecosystem for employers, employee representatives, and employees (customers) and their multi-professional service providers (our partners, the Arbeitsweltlotsen) around the topic of the working world. With the help of our collaboration and matchmaking platform, we enable our partners to offer their customers tailor-made solutions that meet their needs, either alone or with other partners. We are the first platform for tandem solutions between employers and employees.

For 20 years, we have been successfully advising employers and employee representatives from companies of all sizes and industries throughout Germany. In doing so, we always follow our guiding principle of “labor law with a sense of proportion.” Our experience has shown that conflict situations in the workplace can be resolved much more amicably and sustainably when all parties treat each other fairly and as equals.

In recent years, however, we have noticed that the rapid transformation of the world of work, driven by digitalization and globalization, has meant that traditional paths often no longer lead to the desired goal. CampusArbeitswelt enables service providers to focus on overarching customer needs.

The Working World Portal is a digital customer and partner portal where employers and employee representatives can obtain situation-specific solutions from selected service providers in our network. We enable a holistic customer journey by offering not only individual services, but a whole range of services along the customer journey and facilitating simple, data protection-compliant communication. For example, employers, employee representatives, and employees can combine free initial consultation, training, legal advice, technical advice, and conciliation services in one place.

Our partners, the Arbeitsweltlotsen, need expertise and knowledge. That's why we enable our partners to develop their skills in the long term at ourArbeitsweltAkademie (Working World Academy). In addition to specialist knowledge and know-how, expertise in relationships and transformation is also required.
